Entrepreneurs believe that the return to war is a threats to withdraw investments.In a clear allusion to the pronouncements of Renamo leader Afonso Dhlakama, who time and again promised to create barracks in some corners of the country, entrepreneurs say that such kind of statements will discourage new investments.
